--------------------------- Launcher III v 1.5.2 --------------------------- LauncherIII is ©1997 by D. Eric Kenslow & modified by Bozidar Benc, All Rights Reserved. Web: http://www.benc.hr E-mail: benc@benc.hr IMPORTANT: When you install LauncherIII 1.5.2, you'll loose all your tab settings. That's because LIII database format changed and the new version cannot use the old format (nor it can convert the old format to the new one) IMPORTANT: If you are already using LauncherIII 1.42 or older, please uncheck "Always use LauncherIII" preferences option, before installing this version! IMPORTANT: BE SURE THAT YOU REMEMBER THE PASSWORD BEFORE USING THE 'Lock' GADGET! IMPORTANT (for OS 3.x users): If you delete LauncherIII 1.5.x without deactivating it first, you will not have access to the default Palm application launcher (you'll get the old OS 1.x and 2.x launcher). To correct that, install Launcher III 1.5.x again, go to its prefernces, check and then uncheck "Always use LauncherIII" checkbox. After that, you can freely delete LauncherIII" ----------- Launcher III is a modification of famous Eric Kenslow's LaunchPad. This version is compatible with all devices with Palm OS 2.x or newer (PalmPilot Personal/Pro, PalmIII, PalmIIIx, PalmV, PalmVx, PalmVII and Visor). Synergy's Launch 'Em is the 'official' sequel to LaunchPad. In addition to Palm III support, it also adds a drag-n-drop trash can, beaming capabilities, complete memory and battery info, and more. See the Synergy Web Site (http://www.synsolutions.com) for more details. ----------- What's new in the version 1.5.2 - If you have a backup copy of FlashPro or other applications, they will not be shown in the Launcher III. - Default application launcher is not shown. - Added support for the latest version of TealDoc, so you can open DOC files with the TealDoc with the simple tap on the DOC file (if DOC files are enabled in the setup). - If Launcher III is not able to open its files (very rare situation caused by only one known application), your device will not end in the endless reset loop. ----------- What's new in the version 1.5.1 - Added setup options for showing DOC files ----------- What's new in the version 1.5 - Fixed various craches caused by the Launcher III incompatibility with HackMaster. - Fixed crash which occured when you delete last used application with Launcher III and then tap on the Apps button. - Added Palm VII PQA compatibility. - Added compatibility for applications which support "sysAppLaunchCmdOpenDB" launch command (like CSV Manager and iSilo). - Added beaming. - Added a few more small icons to the iconice.pdb (thanks to Daeyeon Han). - LauncherIII should be compatible with Handspring Visor devices. ------------ INSTRUCTIONS ------------ Preferences ----------- - Select 'Cycle time' and/or 'Cycle volt' to automatically cycle the time or voltage displays at the interval you select. - Select 'Always use LauncherIII' to have LauncherIII replace the default system application launcher. - Select 'Scroll one page at a time' to scroll a full page when using the scrollers.
